The CYA Financial Department is responsible for ensuring that the organization acquires donations/funds/grants, stores them properly and uses them in the most efficient means possible. They are the centre for all things monetary for the CYA.

Chief Financial Officer - Allison Chen

The Chief Financial Officer reports to the Executive Director and oversees all company accounting practises, including preparing budgets, financial reports, and other audit functions in accordance to the GAAP standards.

Director of Operations is responsible for assisting the CFO in performing annual audits and preparing financial reports.

The Director of Sponsorship is responsible for communicating with the donors and sponsors of the Canadian Youth Assembly. In addition, the director will find new sponsors for the organization with a vision of maintaining long term relationships.
